The weigh in portion of the Obtain and Maintain program is this week and June 1st you need to have your weight done and turned in then start keeping the 12 week log. 

If you have made an appointment in our Wayne County Employee Clinic Viola Startzman will send you a reminder text or email. It is a generic reminder so if you make the appointment with us the appointment is in our clinic even if it says Viola. 🙂   

Also if you need a physical, lab work from your doctors or not feeling well give us a call. This is one of the best ways to be wise consumers of our healthcare dollars. We would love to add days and maybe even some mental health visits but first we need to use what we have ! Hope you all have a great week!
